Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Justin Wilson plc was held at the MSV Centre, Brands Hatch on Wednesday 29 June 2011. During the statutory part of the meeting, all the resolutiions were carried unanimously.

At the conclusion of the formal business, Justin updated shareholders on his activities since last year's meeting and took part in a question and answer session with the audience.
